Our Design and permitting process consists of:

Design Planning:

• Work with a team of qualified architect, designers and engineers

• Work with the design team to come up with a plan

• Review and finalize the plan

• Obtain approval from the local building department

Permitting:

• Submit a permit application

• Provide necessary documentation

• Address comments made by authorities

• Schedule required inspections

• Obtain final approval from the local building department
